The Thies basket is part of a range of our baskets originating from Senegal. These baskets are constructed by Wolof women of the region and its done by coiling cattail stalks while skillfully weaving pieces of coloured salvaged plastic to form beautiful patterns and shapes.
Like other baskets from this range, its unique design will add a touch of chic to your hime. It can be used for laundry, general storage or as a giant plant pot.
